It's really sad to see some bad reviews on here but it seems like their delivery service is mostly to blame. I've always gone in person since I don't live far, and they've never disappointed.

Its an amazing place to get Chinese food. cheap and healthy. Its a kind of home food, me and my wife love their vegetable noodle. They have a good variety of starters such as veg and non veg spring rolls, salt and pepper tofu etc. As its located out of the main road there is not much rush and there is very less waiting time. They also do home delivery which as well is quicker than other restaurant. Hope you will have a good experience.More reviews+12
I used to go here more often in my first year of university, given such the short distance from my previous accommodation; however, I do order the odd takeaway from Wok Express here and then, and the food is still great! The workers are very nice, you don't have to wait too long for your food, and I've never had a bad experience with them. I would highly recommend trying Wok Express if you like your Chinese food.
Always fast friendly service. Nothing ever tastes the same twice...that's a good thing, my chicken curry is never boring but always tasty. If it's your first visit, go on a Monday night they do a good Monday deal.
First time trying wok express, as we are stopping at the royal hospital, fantastic food and a very nice owner chatting with us. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

great food fast friendly delivery stayed in lri accommodation block driver knew exactly were we was if we stay again would go back and recommend to every one
My local Chinese, nice staff and good food, chicken balls are made from something actually recognisable as a chicken fillet which is always a good sign.
Enjoyed the food, also has an excellent hygiene rating, would recommend for a fast relatively inexpensive tasty meal.
I went with a friend to a local Chinese takeaway i had a chicken fried rice which was awesome and one of the best Chinese takeaways I've been to.
